Water-Valley Escondido has its own springs providing us with crystal clear water delivered to every tap. Our water system includes a 40,000 gallon holding tank and the entire system provides over 300,000 gallons of pure spring water a day to residents and resort guests.
Electricity-Valle Escondido has all underground electric utilities. By mid 2010 we will have our own hydro electric power plant providing service throughout the property.
Sewage treatment-Private homes all have their own septic systems. Duplex villa's, condominiums and the condo/hotel complex are all on central sewage treatment plants.
Telephone, TV and Internet- We have both cable and wireless available from several providers in the area.
Residential Billing- Each month you can view and pay your bills online through our proprietary residential billing system.
Property management-Valle Escondido resort, golf and Spa provides property management, cleaning and maintenance services.
